Choose a pack
Open Templates, then Industry packs, and choose your industry: fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, edtech, healthcare, media, travel or logistics. Each pack shows what it contains before you install it.
What installing does
Installing a pack adds the journey templates to your library, creates the starter segments, adds the events and attributes of the schema and creates the starter dashboard. Nothing is sent until you launch a journey.
You can install more than one pack if your business spans industries.
Edit before you launch
Open any template and change the waits, channels and wording. Press Validate to see every problem, fix them and send a test before going live.
Frequently asked questions
Can I remove a pack?
Yes. Removing a pack deletes unused templates and segments. Anything a live journey uses stays until you release it.
Do packs cost extra?
No. Packs are included in both plans.
Can I change a template after installing?
Yes. Templates are copies you own.
