The seven steps
The checklist shows seven steps: connect a data source or install the SDK, import contacts, install an industry pack, approve message templates, build or edit a journey, send a test and go live.
Each step has a link to the right screen and a status. Steps update by themselves when Flowfox sees the data arrive.
How long it takes
Many teams finish the first four steps in a day. Template approval for SMS and WhatsApp depends on your operator and on Meta, so plan for a few days.
You can build and test the journey while approvals are pending.
If a step is stuck
A stuck step shows the reason and a suggested fix. If you need help, use Contact support from the checklist and we will see which step you are on.
Frequently asked questions
Can I skip a step?
Yes, but a journey cannot go live without approved templates and a goal.
Does the checklist change by industry?
Yes. Installing a pack adds steps specific to that industry, such as registering sender IDs.
