Prepare the file

Use a CSV file with one row per person and one column per field. Include at least one identifier: email, phone number or your own user ID. Keep consent information in its own column if you have it.

Map the columns

The wizard shows each column and suggests the attribute it matches. Confirm or change each one. Choose whether to create new people only, update existing people only or both.

Fields suggest values from your workspace data, so you do not have to type attribute names by hand.

Review the result

The import runs as a background job with a progress bar. When it finishes you see a summary: created, updated, unchanged and rejected rows, with a download of the rejected rows and the reason for each.

Frequently asked questions

How big a file can I import?

Large files run as background jobs. We will confirm the file size limit for your plan.

What happens to duplicates?

People with the same identifier are merged into one profile.

Can I import consent?

Yes. Map a consent column per channel and the import records it with the time of import.
