Add the SDK
Create an SDK app in Settings, then copy its key. Add the script to your site and initialise it with the key. Each app has its own key.

Identify and track
Call identify when you know who the person is, and track when they do something. Events carry properties, such as the plan or the amount.

Check it arrived
Open Contacts, find the person and look at the activity timeline. The event appears within moments, and the schema lists plan_viewed with its property.

Do I need a developer?
A developer adds the snippet once. After that marketers can use the events without code.
Can I send events from my server?
Yes, by REST API with an API key.
Is the schema locked?
No. It is inferred from incoming data until you lock it.
