Create the workspace
Sign up with your work email and verify it. Flowfox creates a workspace and asks for the name of your company, the country you mainly send to and the currency for transactions.
Choose India if most of your customers are in India. This sets INR billing and asks the SMS setup to follow DLT rules later.
Invite your team
Open Workspace, then Team, and invite colleagues by email. Give each person a role: admin, marketer or analyst. Roles decide who can edit journeys, send campaigns and see billing.
Turn on two-step sign-in for every account before you go live. It takes a minute and protects your customers’ data.
What happens next
After the first sign-in, the onboarding checklist appears. It lists each step to your first live journey, from connecting data to sending a test.
You can return to the checklist at any time from the home screen.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free trial does not ask for a card.
Can I change the region later?
Yes, an admin can change it in Workspace settings, but plan currency follows your billing country.
How many people can I invite?
The number of seats depends on your plan. See the pricing page.
