Create a funnel

Open Analytics, then Funnels. Add steps in order: an event or a page for each. Choose a date range and, if you want, a segment to compare.

Read the drop-off

Each step shows the number of people and the percentage that continue. The biggest drop is where to look first. Click any number to see the contacts behind it.

Act on it

Create a segment from the people who dropped off and send them a journey, or compare two funnels over time.

Do funnels read from rollups?

Yes. Charts read from pre-computed rollups so they load quickly.

Can I export a funnel?

Yes, to CSV.
