What DLT is

DLT is the registry for commercial SMS in India. You register your business (the entity), the sender names you use (headers) and each message template with your operator’s DLT portal. Messages that do not match a registered template are blocked.

Set it up in Flowfox

When you add SMS, Flowfox asks first whether you send in India or globally. For India, enter your entity ID, then add each header and template with its template ID. Flowfox checks that a message matches its template before sending.

Keep categories separate

Register service and promotional messages as separate categories and keep them in separate templates. Promotional SMS follow consent and timing rules; service messages follow their own.
